FundixPay is a technology platform for managing crypto-asset deposits and generating virtual accounts (“Funding Account” and “Credit Account”).

Important

FundixPay is not a bank and does not provide regulated financial services such as custody, credit, or fund transfers.

All displayed credits are virtual and internal to the platform.

All content on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, interfaces, code) is the exclusive property of FundixPay Pte. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or dissemination, in whole or in part, without express authorization, is strictly prohibited.

FundixPay collects and processes certain personal data as part of managing user accounts.

Data Controller: FundixPay Pte. Ltd.
Purpose: account creation, access security, user support, and communication of contractual information.
User Rights: in accordance with GDPR and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your data.

These Legal Notices are governed by the laws of Singapore.

In case of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Singapore.
